As Christians, do we forgive and forget when an employee fails to follow directions?

Scripture: He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion (Proverbs 28:13).
Today’s Thought: As Christians we need to do as Jesus did, and look on the heart. When a staff member violates a policy or ignores instructions, he or she needs to be confronted right away with the transgression. A full and complete confession must be forthcoming, along with a demonstrated change of attitude and behavior. If behavior fails to change, then the employee must be asked to leave.
A staff must be willing to submit to the appropriate authority or discipline and order will break down. True confession is always followed by change. Only a change in behavior will reveal the heart
He who tends the fig tree will eat its fruit; and he who cares for his master will be honored (Proverbs 27:18).
If behavior falls to change, then the employee must be asked to leave.
