Scripture: He will surely reprove you, if you secretly show partiality (Job 13:10).
Today’s Thought: We all grow up with certain biases toward other people. Whether these biases are based on race, gender, social class, or some other characteristic, our preconceived notions create a distinct grid through which we view and evaluate the world.
If you are harboring prejudice in your heart, God calls you to examine your motives and repent of your sinful attitudes. The Bible clearly instructs us not to show partiality. Ask God to help you see the complete person. Always make promotion and hiring choices based on merit, not according to your personal preferences.
In today’s highly competitive marketplace, you cant afford to let prejudice stand in the way of success. If you make wise choices and hire the best people for your business, without discrimination, your business will prosper.
To show partiality in judgment is not good (Proverbs 24:23).
Always make promotion and hiring choices based on merit, not according to your personal preferences.
