How do you maintain business leadership?

Scripture: Loyalty and truth preserve the king, and he upholds his throne by righteousness (Proverbs 20:28).

If you create a pleasant and supportive work environment, offer appropriate encouragement, and fairly compensate employees, you will encourage your staff to serve you and your company faithfully.

If you demonstrate your commitment to customers by serving them without fail, by pricing your products fairly, and by continuously striving to improve your service, they will keep coming back for more – and they’ll tell their friends!

Loyalty is a two-way street. As you build faith with others through consistency and fairness, they will remain loyal to you and support your leadership – and your business will continue to grow and prosper.

Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, but who can find a trustworthy man? A righteous man who walks in his integrity – how blessed are his sons after him (Proverbs 20:6 – 7).
