Do you complete customer requests as promised?

Today’s Thought: It is a fact of business that customers will contact us with complaints, orders, or special requests. Successful companies insure all customer commitments are met on time and as promised.

Write down every promise made to each customer. Hand off the request to a team member with a clear explanation of the promise made, the customer’s expectation, and time promised for completion. Confirm that the request was understood and will be acted upon.

Write a note to yourself to follow up by placing the note in a date file or on your calendar. Later, check with the assigned person to confirm that the promise was kept as promised.

Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, but those who deal faithfully are His delight (Proverbs 12:22).

Insure all customer commitments are met on time and as promised.
