Scripture: Bear one another’s burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2).
Today’s Thought: Not long after a friend and I were seated in a busy restaurant, the manager brought water and took our order for soft drinks.
A few minutes later, a waiter delivered the drinks and took our food order. When the food was served, it was yet another server who brought the lunch hot to our table. After our meal, I commended the manager for the teamwork we had observed.
He thanked me and explained how they trained their employees to help out. “If we see a need, we step in and help. If an order is up and the waiter is unavailable, another waiter will pitch in to deliver the meal fresh”.
No business will succeed well without teamwork, so instill the attitude in your staff
of helping each other to serve the customer. Model it yourself and insist that everyone else follow
through. Reward publicly examples of excellent teamwork while consistently correcting poor team
efforts. Encourage your employees in teamwork and your business will enjoy great success.
He who is generous will be blessed, for he gives some of his food to the poor (Proverbs 22:9).

“If we see a need, we step in and help.”
