Scripture: But the fruit of the Spirit is….patience….gentleness, self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Today’s Thought: In the heat of the battle at work, everyone occasionally becomes frustrated and angry. At times like these, any fool can lose his cool and take it out on other people or his surroundings. If we’re wise, however, we’ll learn how to keep ourselves under control, defuse our anger, and channel it into constructive activity that brings grace to those around us and improvement to the situation at hand.
When the pressure starts to build and you feel your anger rising, take a brief break from the situation to regain control of your emotions. Calmly review your options and proceed with a levelheaded response.
Model and teach proper anger management, and your business will be peaceful and prosperous.
A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control (Proverbs 29:11 NIV).
When the pressure starts to build and you feel your anger rising, take a brief break from the situation to regain control of your emotions.
