Scripture: Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress (1 Timothy 4:15 NIV).
Today’s Thought: When we faithfully complete assigned reports and paperwork, we achieve three key results.
First, we help our boss and other managers make wise decisions by providing important information, especially if our input applies to long-range planning.
Second, we keep projects on track and make our progress visible. If, by chance, we are off target, timely reporting allows others to correct us before we go too far in the wrong direction. Many projects waste valuable time, energy, and other resources by straying off course without correction.
Third, we show ourselves to be reliable, industrious, and thorough, which tells our superiors that we can be trusted with more responsibility.
Complete your reports faithfully and accurately for increased success.
A wicked messenger falls into adversity, but a faithful envoy brings healing (Proverbs 13:17).
When we faithfully complete assigned reports and paperwork, we achieve three key results.
