Do you maintain order among your staff?

Scripture: In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes (Judges 17:6).

Today’s Thought: If you want your business to run smoothly and successfully, pay attention to your staff. Make sure every employee is properly trained and knows what is expected. Establish procedures for accomplishing necessary work in a reasonable and productive manner. Set standards for the quality and quantity of work each person should produce, and base your evaluations on qualified and objective measures.

When circumstances change and work needs to be redirected, make the new direction clear and offer sufficient guidance and explanation. Don’t assume that others will know what to do or why they’re doing it without your input and direction. Things that are obvious to others.

By maintaining orderly systems and giving clear directions you empower your employees for success.

Commit your works to the LORD, and your plans will be established (Proverbs 16:3).
