Scripture: Now a certain man drew his bow at random and struck the king of Israel in a joint of the armor (1 Kings 22:34).
Today’s Thought: Pay attention to detail in your quality-control procedures. Even small weaknesses may result in major product or service failures that will affect your customers.
When problems surface, don’t assume they are isolated and can’t happen again. Neither should you dismiss problems as minor and thereby fail to take corrective actions. As the king of Israel discovered too late, even small openings in the armor can be fatal.
Evaluate your systems and processes, and repair any weaknesses or holes. Use your company’s products and services yourself. Develop procedures to solicit honest feedback about quality from your customers. Pay attention to the little things, and your business will enjoy ongoing success.
For the waywardness of the naïve shall kill them, and the complacency of fools shall destroy them (Proverbs 1:32).
Pay attention to the little things, and your business will enjoy ongoing success.
